Services and some apps can allow you to access content or services based on subscriptions (“paid subscriptions”). Paid subscriptions are automatically renewed until they are terminated in the Manage Subscriptions section in the account settings. We will let you know when the price of a paid subscription increases and we will ask for your approval for the future if necessary. You will not be charged more than 24 hours before the start of the last paid subscription period. If, for some reason, we cannot support your payment method (for example. B or insufficient means) and if you have not terminated the paid subscription, you will remain responsible for the un recovered amounts and we will try to debit the payment method, because you can update your payment type information. This may result in a change at the beginning of the next paid subscription period and change the date you will be charged for each period. If you decide to opt out of a paid subscription before you start collecting your payment method, cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial. Some features or services offered on or through the site may require opening an account (including setting up an Apple ID and password). You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of the information you keep on your behalf, including your password, and for all activities that take place on your account, as you do not treat it securely and confidentially. You agree to immediately notify Apple of any unauthorized use of your account or password or other security breaches. You may be liable for losses incurred by Apple or any other user or visitor to the site, because someone else uses your Apple ID, password or account because you do not process your account information securely and confidentially. If any of the provisions of these Terms of Use are found to be nullified or unenforceable by a court or other competent jurisdiction, these provisions are limited or removed to the minimum necessary and replaced by a valid provision that best embodies the intent of these Terms of Use, so that these terms of use remain fully in force. These terms of use are the full agreement between you and Apple regarding your use of the Site, the material and/or any other written or oral agreement or agreement that previously exists between you and Apple with respect to this use will be replaced and cancelled.
